Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies specifically to The Whole Picture 1:1 Session.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests are reviewed and processed manually.

Non-refundable situations

The following are non-refundable:

• cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session
• missed sessions or no-shows
• completed sessions

Project-based collaborations

Refund and cancellation terms for project-based collaborations are agreed separately before the project begins and may depend on the stage of work completed, agreed scope and payment structure.
