Services may include creative strategy, communication, content and digital services, project-based collaborations, digital systems, and The Whole Picture 1:1 Session.
By using this website, booking a session, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a collaboration, you agree to the applicable terms described below.
2. Nature of the Service
Depending on the agreed scope, services may include:
• creative and communication strategy
• positioning and messaging
• content and creative direction
• digital systems and workflows
• websites and digital experiences
• AI-supported research and creative production
• project-specific deliverables
• The Whole Picture 1:1 Session
For project-based work, the exact scope, timeline, deliverables and fee are agreed before the collaboration begins.
3. Remote Services
All services are provided remotely.
Meetings take place online and project communication, materials and deliverables are exchanged digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. The Whole Picture
The Whole Picture is a standalone 1:1 session designed to support clarity, direction and decision-making around a project, idea, professional direction or point of friction.
The session may include:
• identifying the main point of friction
• clarifying priorities or direction
• simplifying complexity
• exploring possible next steps
• discussing strategy, structure, tools or systems where relevant
The Whole Picture is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical, legal or financial advice and does not replace licensed professionals.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and how you apply any insights or suggestions discussed during the session.
No guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes or results.
5. Project-Based Collaborations
For project-based work, the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline and fee will be confirmed before work begins.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require:
• additional fees
• an updated timeline
• a revised project scope
The client is responsible for providing the information, materials, access and feedback reasonably required to complete the agreed work.
Delays in receiving required materials or feedback may affect the delivery timeline.
6. Payment
The Whole Picture
Full payment is required at the time of booking through Calendly and Stripe.
Project-based work
Payment terms, including deposits, instalments or milestones where applicable, are agreed before the project begins.
Work may not begin until any agreed initial payment has been received.
Applicable receipts or invoices are issued in accordance with Greek tax requirements.
7. Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refunds
For The Whole Picture:
• Sessions may be rescheduled according to the available booking options
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
• Once a session has taken place, it is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund
For project-based collaborations, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the project, stage of work completed and payment structure. Any specific terms will be agreed before the project begins.

8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved deliverables created specifically for a client may be used by the client after full payment has been received.
Working files, internal systems, processes, frameworks, templates, unused concepts and methods remain the intellectual property of Katerina Saliari, unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Any third-party assets, fonts, software, stock material or licensed resources remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
9. Portfolio and Public Presentation
Completed work may be referenced or displayed as part of a professional portfolio, website or presentation when appropriate.
Confidential, private or sensitive information will not be intentionally disclosed publicly.
If a project requires confidentiality or should not be publicly referenced, this should be agreed in advance.
10. Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before publication or use.
Katerina Saliari is not responsible for:
• changes made to deliverables after final delivery
• third-party platform failures or service interruptions
• changes to third-party software, tools or algorithms
• results dependent on external factors outside the agreed scope
11. Third-Party Services
Parts of the services may rely on third-party tools or platforms, such as:
• Calendly
• Stripe
• Framer
• Notion
• AI tools
• other digital platforms relevant to a specific project
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability, functionality or changes to third-party services are outside our control.
12. Communication
By booking a session, submitting a form or entering into a collaboration, you agree to receive communication necessary to provide the requested service.
This may include:
• booking confirmations
• project-related communication
• requested resources
• follow-up communication
Marketing or newsletter communication may be unsubscribed from at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided in good faith and with reasonable professional care.
No guarantee is made regarding specific commercial, financial, personal or performance outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Katerina Saliari is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from decisions made based on the services provided.

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices or legal requirements.
